If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase we are here to help.
Returns
- Return requests must be submitted within 30 calendar days of initial purchase date.
- Any and all cut to size, value add or sale items are not eligible for returns unless the product is defective.
- If an item is defective, SteelNow will replace the item with one of identical metal, grade and/or alloy.
- To be eligible for a return, the item must be in original condition and accompanied by proof of purchase. If the item is not in original condition, we reserve the right to refuse a return.
- Each return will be accepted at the manager's discretion due to the individual or specific nature of the request.
- Customer is responsible for returning item to SteelNow or location of pickup.
- Returns may be subject to a 10% restocking fee.
Refunds
- Once SteelNow or its partners receive the item in question, the customer will be notified of its receipt, and the inspection of the item will begin.
- Throughout and at the completion of the inspection process, the customer will be contacted about the status of the request.
- If the return is approved, SteelNow will initiate a refund to the original method of payment.
- SteelNow will process the refund within 1-3 business days of completion of inspection, and the customer will receive full credit according to the customer's credit card policy and timeline.
